Act Now! Save 1031 Exchanges!

Threats to 1031 Exchanges pop up every few years.  Threats to 1031 Exchanges have once again surfaced. However, the threats this time around are much more concerning.

We are facing perhaps the most critical threats to 1031 Exchanges than we have ever faced before with various proposals to limit, reduce or complete eliminate the 1031 Exchange.

How Can You Help - Be Heard!

Everyone needs to reach out and contact their U.S. Senators and U.S. House of Representatives as well as any other political or legislative contacts.  The devastating effect that the elimination of 1031 Exchanges would have on the overall economy needs to be emphasized.

Our elected officials need to realize that the elimination of the 1031 Exchange would have a significant and devastating impact on the overall economy. The elimination of Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code would reduce GDP (the overall economy) by over .8%.

You can visit the website Save the 1031 Exchange to get more information regarding the threat to 1031 Exchanges and to learn how you can get involved and get your voice heard.

Do NOT take the 1031 Exchange for granted.  Act now and be heard.  Your voice and opinion are important.
