Extensive 1031 Exchange Experience

Hiba Exeter can assist clients with Forward 1031 Exchanges, Reverse 1031 Exchanges and Improvement 1031 Exchanges. She has worked extensively with escrow officers, settlement agents, real estate agents and brokers, and closing attorneys in the administration of their clients' 1031 Exchange transactions.

Active in Industry Trade Associations

Hiba serves as a board member of the North San Diego County Escrow Association and is involved with numerous professional organizations including the California Escrow Association (“CEA”), North San Diego County Escrow Association (“NSDCEA”), San Diego County Escrow Association ("SDCEA"), NorCal Escrow Association, Escrow Association of Washington ("EAW"), San Diego Association of Realtors (“SDAR”), Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors, La Jolla Real Estate Brokers Assocaition, National Counsel of Exchangors ("NCE"), Income Property Management Expo, San Diego Chapters of CCIM ("CCIM") and CREW, NAIOP, SIOR, Women Council of Realtors (“WCR”), and the San Diego Creative Investors Association (“SDCIA”).
