Early Time Change Reminder; Spring Forward Tonight
Daylight Savings Time Change
It is that time of year again when most states within the United States observe Daylight Savings Time and we must change our clocks due to the daylight savings time adjustment. The adjustment is technically at 2:00 AM on Sunday morning.
Spring Forward; Fall Back
It is springtime, so tonight we lose an hour by setting our clocks ahead by one hour. So, don't forget to change your clocks before you go to bed or you will wake up and already be behind schedule.

Lower Your Property Taxes in a Declinng Real Estate Market
There has been lots of media coverage regarding the decline in real estate prices over the last 18 months or so, but the one thing that the media never seems to do is offer suggestions on what you can do.
For example, you can lower your property taxes by having your California real property reassessed under Proposition 8 for property tax purposes. If your property is not in California, you should contact your local jurisdiction responsible for real property tax assessments to learn what you can do.
There are a number of good companies that can assist you with the process as well, including a company that I have used personally called The Property Tax Savings Specialists.
It may lower your annual property taxes by 1,000's of dollars. It doesn't hurt to at least look into it.
